Concerning OmniTracker there are two type of partners RedRoxx Technologies works with:
1- ITSM Concultancy companies
2- System Integrators and IT Outsourcers
1- ITSM Concultancy companies
In ITIL projects there are mostly two sides involved: a consultancy helping the client to implement or adjust ITIL processes in the company and a Vendor or System Integrator implementing the processes designed by the Consultancy Company. We are open for partnerships with Consultancy Companies that specialise in ITIL implementations. Please contact us for more information.
2- System Integrators and IT Outsourcers
Some System Integrators are not interested to work with OmniTracker, as both license prices and consultancy hours are relatively low. System Integrators that put client satisfaction first and are looking for an alternative to the current ITSM Solution they implement are encouraged to contact us to find out how they can increase the satisfaction level of their clients. We are open for partnerships with companies of all sizes.
