IT Outsourcing

RedRoxx Technologies offer our IT Outsourcing Service to companies of all sizes. Many of our clients are small to medium sized companies, that do not have a large IT budget, but that do want to have good IT support, without having to worry about quality, continuity, security or staffing issues.

We offer you access to our pool of well trained system engineers and our professional ITIL Helpdesk. Using our services will give you access to reliable, flexible and scalable IT Support that will grow with your business, without giving you the all too familiar headaches.

Our support team will consist of multiple engineers who work on your account simultaneously, to ensure you continuity. To ensure you the highest level of quality your account, and your support team, will be managed by an experienced Service Delivery Manager.

During office hours you have access to our professional Helpdesk.

We offer three levels of Support:

Gold Support
Our engineers will visit you on fixed moments in the week. Depending on the size of your organisation and your specific IT needs we can create a schedule that consists of 2 or more blocks of 3,5 hour. Outside these blocks you are entitled to emergency support and remote support.

Silver Support
We will take responsibility for your infrastructure, maintaining it, supporting your end users and advising you on changes. Depending on the size of your infrastructure (we count the number of servers and computers) you pay a monthly fee. We will visit your office when needed, but not more than twice a week (unless there is an emergency situation of course).

Bronze Support
Our monthly emergency subscription. For a small monthly fee you can count on us to come in case of emergencies or just any time when you need us. You only pay for the time that you use our services.
